Experience Matters! I've been a licensed real estate professional since 1996, and I'm still kicking it in the Northwest Valley of Peoria with a small, independent, family-owned real estate office. My expertise? Oh, just a little bit of everything: Residential Real Estate, Custom Homes, Lots and Land, and Acreage. And guess what? I'm also a certified instructor through the Arizona Department of Real Estate. My credentials? Well, let me just casually drop these: Associate Broker, REALTOR®, CRS, GRI, and ePro®. And yes, I hold the prestigious CRS designation, which is awarded to only 1.5% of REALTORS nationwide. No big deal, right?
