Jan Goren

Jan is the founding partner of the firm and has over 40 years of experience in public accounting. His professional background covers all areas of business and tax consulting, tax planning, and litigation support. Jan has extensive experience in buying and selling businesses, consulting on best business practices and generally helping clients navigate complex tax and accounting issues. As head of the litigation support team, Jan has worked on more than 250 matters as a consultant or expert witness. His litigation focus allows him to engage in analyses of matters relating to damage computations, lost profits, accountants’ malpractice and fraud. Jan has assisted law enforcement and testified on behalf of the United States Government.
