One of the mainstays of the West End office agency market, Jamie counts Great Portland Estates, Derwent London, Threadneedle, The Bedford Estates and the Howard de Walden Estate among his regular clients. He joined Edward Charles in 1999, and is a niche agent to the core: his career highlight was returning to Edward Charles in 2009 after a brief “sabbatical” at larger firm Knight Frank. Property’s lasting appeal for Jamie comes from meeting new people, being out and about, and having an increasingly creative focus on disciplines such as design and branding. He specialises in both lease acquisition and disposal, and frequently gives leasing advice on investment deals.
