Jamie Renzenbrink

Jamie brings over 12 years of experience in retail, industrial and multi-family housing transactions, with a focus on receiverships, foreclosures, neighborhood redevelopment and affordable housing. Prior to joining SVN Affordable, Jamie spent six years with the law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL /Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, where she wrote title insurance for six national underwriters and guided clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and the development and financing of new construction and redevelopment projects. Jamie also worked in Acquisitions for Phillips Edison & Company, focusing on underwriting and analyzing potential assets for its non-traded REIT. Jamie has successfully closed and insured over $8 billion in commercial real estate transactions. As a member of the SVN team, Jamie is currently responsible for facilitating all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing, underwriting and marketing deals, communicating with potential clients and coordinating the escrow, due diligence and closing processes. Jamie is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and sits on the Board of Community Advisors for the James J. Espy Boys and Girls Club. She currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and their three boys. In her free time, Jamie enjoys traveling, cooking and entertaining family and friends.
