Jamie Ragucci

Jamie A. Ragucci joined Newmark in 2014 and currently serves as a Managing Director. Ms. Clark partners with clients to create real estate strategies that implement their financial and real estate objectives. She manages portfolios for both tenants and landlords, in the office and industrial sectors. In 2020, she managed and executed the strategy, consulting and restructuring of over 400 WeWork leases globally. She currently represents the National Portfolios of Nasdaq, Inc. and Acrisure Insurance. Ms. Clark was previously the North America Transaction Manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, responsible for 96 locations and 17M RSF. Prior to working on Novartis, Ms. Clark was the Lead Transaction Manager for Panasonic North America. She manages company resources and ensures her client receive, “best in class” representation. Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Clark worked as a Senior Associate for CBRE. Within her first year at the company she won the award for Senior Associate of the Year. Ms. Clark began her real estate career working for Grubb & Ellis. Her ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, while focusing on her client’s goals, makes her a valued asset to the Newmark team.
