Jamie Harrington is a Senior Managing Director with GREA, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and land investments throughout Texas. As a member of GREA's National Affordable Housing Team, Jamie advises private investors, institutional owners, developers, and nonprofit organizations on both market-rate and affordable housing transactions, guiding clients through every stage of the investment lifecycle. Prior to joining GREA, Jamie worked for a Texas-based commercial real estate firm in Austin, providing him with extensive knowledge of Houston as well as the state's major, secondary, and tertiary markets. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $2 billion in Texas multifamily transactions, earning a reputation for delivering strategic advice, creative solutions, and exceptional client service. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Jamie was an investor, Managing Director, and partner in more than 35 restaurant locations across Texas, Georgia, and Alabama. His entrepreneurial background gives him a unique owner-operator perspective, positioning him to help clients evaluate investment opportunities, optimize operations, identify value-add strategies, navigate market trends, and maximize asset value.
