JD has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 17 years. He started his career working with CB Richard Ellis in Greensboro, NC before moving to Charlotte, NC to work for Lat Purser & Associates and Park Commercial Real Estate. He now works for Keystone Commercial's Myrtle Beach Office. He has extensive brokerage experience in leasing and investment sales transactions. Furthermore, his roles on the property, asset management and development side of the industry help add unique value and perspective to his clients.
