James Williamson

James joined KLM Real Estate from Bruton Knowles LLP in December 2021 and has over 5 years experience advising both Landlords and Tenants nationally. He is part of the Retail and Leisure agency team working across high street assets, out of town retail and leisure parks as well as shopping centres. He also represents a number of occupiers across the sectors. His clients include L&G, Picton Property Income Ltd, NFU Mutual, LCP, Thackeray Estates, Auntie Anne’s, IWG, Doner Shack and Efes. James is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and outside of work enjoys music, cooking and travelling.
