James Welch

James joined Stockford Anderson in January 2024 from Gerald Eve where he was a partner for four years. He was previously a director at JLL and a founder of Cortex Partners. He is renowned for his expertise in the leisure and out of town retail investment markets. With over 35 years of investment agency and development funding experience, he has advised on many of the high profile leisure schemes in the UK and has a broad client base. (food, skiing and cycling are his passions)
