James Watkins

James is an Associate with the Anderson and Brehaut Group, with a background in corporate real estate as well as national net lease assets. James began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2021 winning the ROTY award at his previous firm. The title is highly coveted and demonstrates his rapid growth and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate in just under a year of immersing himself into the industry. Amidst his early success James found his niche working with family and founder owned companies to increase liquidity through corporate assets as well as with merchant developers of net lease retail properties. James is a graduate of Arizona State Universities W.P. Carey School of Business in which he received his B.A. in Urban & Metropolitan Studies with a minor in Real Estate and a certificate in Public Administration.
