James Walsh

Mr. Walsh is a Senior Managing Director and the project team member responsible for financing, development and construction management of various Hines projects in the Midwest Region of the United States. Walsh joined the firm in 1998 and as project manager led notable Hines Chicago developments One South Dearborn, 300 North LaSalle and River Point. Walsh earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame University and his MBA from Northwestern University.
