James Cunningham is the Managing Broker of Wellington Real Estate Professionals, formed to serve the needs of small to medium size business owners and clients in the Atlanta area. James has worked in commercial and residential real estate for the past 18 years, serving as a consultant to clients seeking expertise in multifamily investments, office tenant representation and residential acquisition/disposition. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Mr. Cunningham moved to Conway, SC with his parents to complete middle and high school. He is deeply rooted in faith, family, and health. His belief is that with demanding work, integrity, and a positive attitude there are no limitations as to how far one can go. His most admired quote derives from Benjamin Elijah Mays, “Whatever you do, strive to do it so well that no man living, no man dead, and no man yet to be born could do it any better” This speaks directly to his belief that we should be exceptional in all our endeavors. Mr. Cunningham is a graduate of Morehouse College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Georgia State University where he received a Master’s degree in Real Estate. With over sixteen (16) years of experience he is always working to offer his clients the most professional service in the handling of their real estate needs.
