
James G. Smith began his real estate career in 1980 with Frank L. Smith Company specializing in office leasing and sales. In 1982, Mr. Smith joined Harbert Properties in Birmingham, AL as Director of Marketing/Sales for the commercial property in Harbert-Equitable's 3,000 acre Riverchase development. Mr. Smith moved to Orlando, FL in 1985 to open a new office for the firm, and act as their Director in Leasing for Class A office developments. In 1991, Mr. Smith became head of Frank L. Smith Company's (now Colliers Turley Martin Tucker) office division. He is the managing principal of the Nashville office. Areas of Specialization Office Sales and Leasing
