James Skinner

Mr. Skinner has served as Executive Chairman of the Board since January 2015, having served as non-executive Chairman from July 2012 to January 2015. He previously served McDonald’s Corporation as its Vice Chairman (from January 2003 to June 2012), its Chief Executive Officer (from November 2004 to June 2012), and as a director (from 2004 to 2012). Mr. Skinner served on the board of directors of Illinois Tool Works Inc. from 2005 to 2020 and served on the board of directors of HP Inc. (f/k/a Hewlett-Packard Company) from 2013 to 2015.
