James Schroeder
Mr. Schroeder joined JLL as a Executive Vice President in November 2015 and is based in the firm’s MetroPark, NJ office. Mr. Schroeder provides over 20+ years of commercial real estate experience in strategic planning, lease negotiations and transaction services. He has completed major transactions in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, Engineering and higher education industries where he has completed over 25 million square feet of transactions. Mr. Schroeder’s primary focus is on Life Sciences. He is a leader of JLL’s Global Life Science Practice Group and has completed numerous transactions in the fast-growing gene therapy and biologics areas for clients such as Catalent Pharma, Beam Therapeutics and others. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Schroeder worked for Novartis Pharmaceuticals for 10 years and brought his experience in the Life Sciences field to his real estate career representing companies such as LabCorp, Novartis, Syneos Health and many more. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker twelve times. Mr. Schroeder is a graduate of Montclair State University, a member of both the New Jersey Tech Council and the BioNJ is the President of the Summit Police Athletic League.
