James Rubio

James Rubio has worked in real estate for a decade, adding to that his overlapping 12 years of experience as the super/property manager for his family's Brooklyn rental properties. Currently James is working in NYC Commercial Real Estate . Working in your best interest, James will do just about anything to make a deal happen. As for his approach, it is extremely thorough, pragmatic, detailed and prepared. James likes to research and show all the comps, stats and trends to his clients so they can make the most informed decisions. "The best investment on earth is earth," he believes. "I love to connect buyers and sellers. It's all about finding the common ground." Prior to real estate, James honed his interpersonal skills in the service industry/restaurant business. He is passionate about helping people as well as design, which made real estate a natural fit for him. In his free time James creates paintings and has exhibited internationally. He grew up in California, attended art school in Chicago, and followed his dream to New York.
