James Rice

James Rice joined MECA as an Advisor in 2023. Originally from Central Kentucky, his early career as a farrier at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital and his service in the US Marine Corps laid the foundation for his career in commercial real estate. His tenacity and creative problem-solving skills make him an exceptional Advisor for his clients and a valuable asset to the MECA team. Outside of work, James enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, particularly hiking and kayaking.
