James Regester

Jim Regester is the Principal Broker and Owner of Realty Professionals, located at 328 South Walnut Street in Bloomington. He took over management of operations in 1993 and has grown the business from a startup office of 3 agents to a Full Service Real Estate Brokerage with a staff of over 40 employees and associates in 2014.<br>Real Estate Services include Residential Sales, Leasing and Management; Commercial Sales, Leasing and Management; Development Planning and Management, New Construction Design services.<br>Jim holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business from Indiana University. He is a member of The Bloomington Economic Development Corporation, The Monroe County Builder’s Association, The Bloomington Board of Realtors, and The Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He has served on a wide range of boards and commissions, including the Bloomington Municipal Facilities Corporation, Bloomington Advancement Corporation, Commission for Bloomington Downtown, Bloomington Economic Development Corporation (two terms as President) and served 8 years on the Bloomington City Council (two terms as President). <br>In 2012, Jim Regester sold and leased more real estate than any other Broker in the Bloomington/ Monroe County market. He was named the 2014 Realtor of the Year by the Bloomington Board of Realtors.<br>
