I own a construction business called CPMROOF and we have the crews to do any of the modifications we need to meet our customers custom specifications! The 4600 Building is unique, in that it is a True flex space! I just turned a double into and triple 4500 sq ft space in 30 days, with a complete flooring and repaint of the entire 4500 sq '. We put in a $10,000.00 drain system this year in the floods, and it has all of the infrastructure to build a second building on site, and the original plans involve two buildings.
