ames joined Avison Young (formerly Wilkinson Williams) from Cushman & Wakefield in September 1997 and has 20 years’ experience in the out of town retail market. James holds the position of Principal and works in the agency team representing a range of landlord clients, including British Land, The Crown Estate, Hammerson, TH Real Estate, Land Securities, LaSalle Investment Management, LondonMetric, Standard Life and USS. In addition, James acts for the JD Group and Dixons Carphone on the occupier side. In his spare time, James enjoys live music, running, football and is an avid QPR fan. James lives in Esher and is married with 2 sons.
