Jim is the Broker-Owner of **Penn-Jersey Realty**, a boutique firm he founded in 2016 that proudly serves clients across both PA and NJ. Jim was first licensed in New Jersey, where he began his real estate career by helping clients find rental housing at Ramblewood Village in Mt. Laurel. He quickly expanded into all aspects of the residential market, developing a reputation for his expertise, dedication, and community-minded approach. **Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia**, Jim brings a deep understanding of both urban and suburban markets on both sides of the river. He is a **registered member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR)** and currently serves on the **Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR)**. His **primary Realtor® board is the Bucks County Association of Realtors® (BCAR)**. In New Jersey, Jim is a member of the **Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors® (NEXXUS)**. Jim is also a **Founding Member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance**, reflecting his commitment to inclusivity and advocacy within the industry.
