James McEvoy

Jim holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA in Finance from Boston College. He specializes in selling and leasing industrial, office and R&D properties. During his career with The Conrad Group, Jim has represented numerous landlords and tenants, including: American Brands, J.Jill Group, Tedeschi Food Shops, Illinois Tool Works/TACC, JL Hammett, Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Mail-Well and ADP. Jim is married with 4 children. Jim is an avid Boston College Hockey supporter and he enjoys golf, reading, vacationing in Cape Cod, and coaching his children’s sporting teams.
