James McCraw, CCIM

James H. McCraw, CCIM serves as a Vice President at NAI Saig’s Memphis office, where he represents owners, developers, and tenants across the Mid-South market. With a strong focus on retail, over eight years of brokerage experience, a background in high-level sales and service as a machine gunner in the United States Marine Corps Infantry —James brings discipline, strategy, and client-focused solutions to every transaction. Most recently, James was the Vice President of Retail Brokerage Services at Avison Young’s Memphis Office. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has earned numerous industry accolades, including recognition as a CoStar “Best of the Best” Retail Top Leasing Broker, a seven-time CoStar Quarterly Power Broker, and a BREDD Best Commercial Real Estate Dealmaker by the Memphis Business Journal. James is also a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Pinnacle Producers Club. In addition to his professional achievements, James is actively involved in leadership and community service. He is the President-Elect of the MAAR Commercial Council and Education Chair for the CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter. He has served on the University of Tennessee Health Science Center Corporate Exchange Advisory Board (2018–2023), is a Leadership Memphis graduate, and sits on the board of the Memphis Scottish Rite Foundation. With a love for history and a family background in the Memphis area going back nearly 200 years, James serves as the President of the Descendants of Settlers of Shelby County and Adjoining Counties.
