Mr. Martin has extensive experience in aquisition and sale of commercial and residential assets, loan restructures, acquisition and disposition of distressed assets, property foreclosure and different types of loan structures including CMBS, finance through life companies, SBA, USDA, refinance, conventional and bridge lending finance.
