
James has been with Colliers since 2010 working with the Investment Team on large land and investment transactions, representing over $2.5 billion in transaction value. With a background in both financial analysis and land use planning, he is able to provide unparalleled solutions for his clients. James has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia, a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from the London School of Economics as well as a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business.
