James Kadlick joins Colliers in Houston as a Senior Vice President in the land advisory team. He specializes in land tracts for single family, multifamily, retail and industrial developments. James brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry and will focus on land brokerage in the Houston marketplace. Together with Chris Hutcheson, he has negotiated more than 30,000 acres of land valued at more than $1 billion in real estate transactions over the last 17 years. James is a third-generation Houstonian who graduated from Episcopal High School. He graduated from Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. Prior to joining the Colliers, James was a Vice President at Rockspring Properties, previously McAlister Real Estate, a real estate brokerage and investment firm located in Houston.
