James Harris

James Harris has been Managing Director since 2007. James has worked for more than two decades in the outlet industry as a senior executive and partner. He has been involved in the development, leasing and operation of more than 50 outlet centers both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Horizon Group Properties, Inc, James worked for leading retail and shopping center developers including Federated Department stores and Taubman Company. He served as COO of McArthur Glen and President of Ariel Preferred Retail Group.
