James Greer-Gentis

James Greer-Gentis serves as the Finance & Investments Associate for Aventon, where he is responsible for all analyses, underwriting and research for ground-up developments, acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, Mr. Greer-Gentis manages financial analyses for Aventon’s Asset Management division, supports capital raising efforts and leads dispositions. Mr. Greer-Gentis received his bachelor’s degree, triple majoring in Accounting, Economics and Finance, and his master of finance degree from Boston College.
