Jim Goldenberg, principal and founder of Cathartes, is responsible for the overall activities of the firm. Goldenberg brings 30 years of experience in the real estate industry to Cathartes, with extensive time spent focused on a wide range of property types, transaction structures, and business plans. Prior to founding Cathartes, Goldenberg served as Vice President and Project Manager of the Seltzer Organization, where he was involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of several million square feet of international commercial properties in the New York Metropolitan area; and served on the NYC-based Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team alongside Chairman of the Board, Steven Seigel.
