James Franchetti

James Franchetti is a Senior Associate of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC. Jimmy's primary focus is tenant and landlord representation, site selection, and acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate along the I-295 and I-95 corridors in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia Metro sub-markets. After completing his undergraduate studies at Villanova University, Jimmy began his career as a Credit Analyst for Republic Bank. There he analyzed investments and potential risk for investors and lenders in the mid-atlantic region. Jimmy brings his skills, knowledge, and relationships from the financial industry to his career in commercial real estate. He will work to service their clients throughout the region.
