James Evans
James heads the Manchester office having worked at Savills since 2006.
James qualified as chartered surveyor in 2001 and joined Savills in 2006. Initially focussing on working with landlords and developers in leasing office space throughout the North West, James role now encompasses office leasing, acquisition and development work. Currently James leads the Manchester office Agency team and continues to work on major leasing projects throughout the region. He also advices a number of developers assisting with longer term office and mixed use projects predominantly in Manchester City Centre. In addition to the above James is also head of the Manchester office which was originally established in 1996 and is a member of the Savills UK Board.
