James Dillard
James was born and raised in Searcy, AR and is a graduate of Harding University. As a real estate broker James has been blessed to help clients sell and purchase all property types across Arkansas. As a homeowner, property owner, and real estate investor himself, he is able to guide clients through the entire buying and selling process seamlessly. He understands the need to have a broker who can communicate well with all parties throughout a transaction. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2015 James has sold millions of dollars in real estate every year. His knowledge of the local market paired with national marketing from the United Country brand provides excellent results for his clients. James resides in Searcy with his wife Amanda and their golden retriever, River. In his freetime, you can find him fishing for trout on the Little Red River, boating on Greers Ferry Lake, or duck hunting in the timber near his hunting camp on the lower Little Red River.
