James deRegt

James deRegt joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 and serves as a Senior Vice President in the Newport Beach office. A real estate veteran who started his career in 1990, James has successfully negotiated the acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial real estate valued over a billion dollars. He specializes in industrial brokerage and investments in Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Prior to joining SRS, James was a senior vice president and principal at Lee & Associates. He also has experience at Cushman & Wakefield and started at Ashwill Associates.
