James Dennin

James J. Dennin is a Senior Vice President with CBRE. Before joing CBRE in 2015, James spent nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director focusing on tenant representation services primarily working with non-profits and associations. As a broker, Mr. Dennin evaluates client specifications and requirements, and he provides information to assist clients in evaluating their real estate options. James specializes in office leasing and owner-occupied sales. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, James was on the real estate development team at the Bernstein Companies, where he was involved in the acquisition of new assets as well as property management.
