James has considerable commercial property experience, having spent the last 8 years working in the highly regarded National Industrial & Logistics team at Colliers International. Prior to this, he spent 5 years at GR Darby developing an extensive understanding of all aspects of land & property. James specialises in the large scale warehouse & distribution market and has recently been involved in a number of major transactions across the Midlands. He has successfully advised a range of clients including Funds, Developers, Property Companies & Corporate Occupiers on both, high profile and large scale disposals and acquisitions. In particular, James has considerable experience of the ‘Online retail market’ having acted on behalf of a major retailer for the past 5 years advising on their national acquisition programme of ‘Dark Stores’. James has gained an enviable reputation for providing clear and accurate advice to the benefit of his clients in both stable and unstable market conditions.
