James Cumber joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2016 as an associate in the firm’s Baltimore office, where he specializes in office leasing for the region. With over 10 years of experience in real estate in the U.S. and England, Mr. Cumber provides his clients with a diverse and unique insight into the market. Prior to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. Cumber focused on office and medical leasing and sales as a member of Lee & Associates Chesapeake Region office team. Before Lee & Associates, Mr. Cumber led a successful real estate team in England, with a personal sales volume exceeding $22 million in 2013.
