James Charles Patterson

James C. "Charlie" Patterson is a life-long resident of Hunt County and presently resides on his ranch west of Greenville. He has owned and operated an agency in Greenville 45 years providing real estate services to Greenville, all of Hunt County, and several surrounding counties. In October of 2017 Charlie sold the agency to Jeremy Dicken, who has been an Associate Broker in the agency over 15 years. The sale process included acquisition of the Payne Agency in Caddo Mills, effecting a combination of two of the oldest real estate agencies in Hunt County, and providing improved services to a larger area. Charlie is continuing his long standing love of real estate agency work as a Broker Associate in the larger agency operations. His years of experience are still available to all whom he can assist, both prior clients, and hopefully many new ones.
