
Jim Casey serves as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Massachusetts sales office. In 2019, Jim helped a long-time apartment owner sell her 48-unit property, Countryside Estates, in Dracut for $7.3 million, allowing her to maximize her generational asset’s value while fulfilling her dream of retirement. Although Jim specializes in multifamily apartments, he has a particular interest in flex and light industrial properties. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Villanova University, Jim completed his Massachusetts Real Estate License exam then returned to his Massachusetts roots to start his career. Since joining the firm in October of 2018, Jim and his team have closed over $75 million in sales and 26 transactions. Outside of the office, Jim enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family, and going to Red Sox and Celtics games.
