James graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego in Spring 2023, earning dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate, and receiving First Honors for outstanding academic achievement. During his collegiate years, he gained hands-on industry experience through internships at Open Doors Management and Bond Realty, laying the foundation for his successful real estate career. Since joining CAA in January 2022, James has consistently exceeded client expectations through a combination of market insight, strategic negotiation, and personalized service. His understanding of the San Diego markets—bolstered by strong financial education and experience—enables him to craft tailored solutions whether clients are buying, selling, or investing. Passionate about giving back, James co-founded the nonprofit Working for Wealth, dedicated to improving financial literacy in underserved communities. In his free time, he remains engaged in community development initiatives and professional volunteer efforts.
