James is the Director (north) of Everard Cole and leads the Leeds office covering the north of england. James has worked in the licensed and leisure property industry for nearly 30 years, with a wealth of property experience in both agency and client side, James held a senior role managing the acquisition and disposal of property at Punch Taverns for over 12 years and gained a wealth of experience working for national agents Christie & Co and Chestertons. James has the advantage of developing and running his own pub/restaurant group which grew to a multimillion pound business so fully understands the operational challenges we face today.
