James Barlow

James has substantial and extensive knowledge of the North East Property Market both as a valuer and agent. James began his property career in 1992 gaining invaluable experience as a residential and commercial property agent within Newcastle, Tyne and Wear and Northumberland throughout the decade. At the same time, James worked towards qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002. By this time he was responsible for many types of commercial sales, commercial lettings and commercial valuations throughout the whole of the North East. With such a broad range of experience built up over a number of years, James now acts for wide variety of individuals and organisations providing expert advice as an RICS Registered Valuer. He is also passionate about acting for clients selling, renting or buying commercial property across the North East. Now firmly in place at R. A.
