Mr. Bailey focuses exclusively on officeand medical leasing, providing tenant and owner representative services throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. Mr. Bailey specializes in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties for clients such as Advance Realty Group, Prudential Insurance Company, Rugby Realty, Larken Associates and Hartz Mountain. He has also assisted clients such as Atlantic Health System; FTI Consulting Group; Alliant Insurance; Parsons Brinckerhoff; Progressive Insurance; ARUP; Duane Morris and PSEG with strategic planning and site selection. Mr. Bailey brings a broad range of skills, with extensive experience in sales and marketing. Previously, Mr. Bailey was an account executive with Weatherly Securities Corporation in New York, where he was responsible for managing new business development, account management and financial analysis. Prior to joining Weatherly Securities Corporation, Mr. Bailey was with Oppenheimer and Company in New York.
