James Allen

James Allen, BA FRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Norwich Union (now Aviva) and was subsequently Commercial Property Director of William H Brown in Norwich. He joined Roche in 1989, becoming a partner in 1991. He deals with agency and development work, primarily in the office, industrial and warehouse markets, as well as providing strategic advice to occupiers in these sectors. James has been involved in the successful development at Broadland Business Park since its inception and has acted for the owners of numerous office buildings and industrial estates throughout East Anglia. James became Senior Partner of Roche in 2009. James has a keen interest in sport, having played and coached hockey and squash, as well as managing youth teams at his local cricket club.
