James Sousa has been in the real estate profession for 28 years. In 2005, he joined Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. as a senior vice president. In this capacity, he will specialize in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining WCB, Sousa worked for Helmsley-Spear, Jacobson, Goldfarb, & Tanzman, and CRESA Partners. Most recently, he was a managing director at Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey in Rutherford, NJ.
