Jake Wiseman

In 2024, he began his full-time role as a Leasing and Sales Associate, where he has been actively involved in acquisition, disposition, management, and leasing assignments across a variety of asset classes throughout Michigan. He primarily focuses on retail and office space, representing both tenant/buyer and landlord/seller clients. Jake is recognized for his transaction experience, creative solutions, and ability to navigate municipal corridors and engage with community groups and associations. He is committed to working hard, always putting the client first, and striving to create positive outcomes in every transaction. Jake graduated from Michigan State University in 2024 with a degree in Supply Chain Management from the Eli Broad College of Business. He graduated with honors, maintained a high GPA, and earned Dean’s List recognition during the majority of my semesters. Jake received his real estate license right after college at the age of 23. He is a member of NAI Global and ICSC and is active in attending conventions and leadership development courses all over the United States.
