Jake Wilkinson’s connection to real estate runs deep—rooted in the farms and ranches of his hometown of Blackwell, Texas, and shaped by a career spanning the state’s most dynamic industrial markets. From rural land to complex logistics hubs, Jake has a deep appreciation for the landscapes that define Texas and the opportunities each property represents. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Jake began his commercial real estate career in Houston, where he quickly built a strong track record in industrial brokerage. His success led to a leadership role as Vice President at NAI Partners, one of the largest independently owned commercial real estate firms in the country. In 2022, Jake co-founded M&W Real Estate in Dallas, Texas, with a vision to deliver a more entrepreneurial, client-focused approach to commercial brokerage. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in industrial real estate, land transactions, and rail-served properties across Texas—bringing particular expertise to projects requiring strategic logistics and infrastructure insight. Jake’s approach is grounded in the work ethic and resilience he developed growing up on his family farm. He is driven by solving complex real estate challenges and delivering creative, results-oriented solutions for his clients. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, following college football, and relaxing at Possum Kingdom Lake. He is also actively involved in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where he serves as a Captain on the Youth Horse Show Committee.
