Jake Parker

Jake Parker joined CBRE in August 2023 to serve as an Associate in the Birmingham, AL office. As a native of Montgomery, he has intimate knowledge of the Alabama markets. Jake provides a wide range of services including site selection, landlord representation, tenant representation, as well as representing clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of properties and land. Prior to joining CBRE, Jake worked for Sullivan Wickley Properties, where he was responsible for acquisitions, site selection, preconstruction management, and assisting in the development of single and multitenant retail properties throughout the Southeast.
