Jake Neal

Jake Neal serves as Managing Director at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments, where he assists in leading the firm’s Fort Worth Office team, focusing on office agency leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. With over a decade of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate market, Jake has built a reputation for delivering results-driven strategies to owners, investors, and occupiers across a wide range of asset classes. Prior to joining HPI, Jake spent ten years at Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President. During his tenure, he completed more than 800 transactions totaling over $100 million in value and represented over 3 million square feet of office product on behalf of institutional and local ownership groups. Jake earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University (TCU). He remains actively involved in the commercial real estate community and currently serves on several local leadership and advisory councils.
