Jake Miller, SIOR

Jake Miller is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Services, focused on industrial sales and leasing throughout the State of Idaho. Mr. Miller works on some of the largest and most complex industrial projects in the Boise area; his attention to detail and his analytical approach to brokerage have allowed him to consistently execute for the clients he serves. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Miller served as the industrial sector lead at a national brokerage. During his time in this role, he worked on a variety of national and regional requirements and was one of the top-producing agents four years in a row. Mr. Miller is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and holds a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
