Jake Maldonado is Vice President, Leasing & Acquisitions, focused on leasing and acquisitions at Alliance Partners. Jake is responsible for leasing of opportunistic assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and for assisting in the underwriting and sourcing of acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jake began a career in real estate with Alliance in 2016 after spending 3 years working for the Governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Wolf. Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College in 2013. Jake is active with the Haverford College Lacrosse Alumni Association. Jake lives in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia.
